I love Rachel! She was great doula! She was a needed friend, confident, and trusted expert! My birth experience did not go at all as planned however I could not have imagined getting through the experience without Rachel!

I used Rachel for the birth of my 3rd baby. Thank god for her! Not only was she very responsive any time I had questions or concerns. When I thought I might be in labor she was my voice of reason to get up and go to the hospital. I arrived at the hospital 5cm dilated. I don’t know how I would have made it through the rest of my contractions without her help. By the time my lab work.m came back for me to even get the epidural I was already 8cm. She was super helpful on positions I could utilize. From the moment I arrived at the hospital, to giving birth, to the hours afterwards she was there to help. She reinforced what I wanted, reminded nurses about things requested when they didn’t act promptly. Thanks to Rachel, I had the labor and birth I wanted. Now I have my beautiful little girl.

Rachel is a very special person and well suited as a doula. She had such a comforting and confident presence throughout our whole experience.
My birth did not go the way I’d wanted and yet I felt so at peace by the end of it because I felt sure that I had done the best I could do and Rachel helped me navigate all the ups and downs. She was so good about reminding me of my options at the hospital so that I didn’t get pressured into something I didn’t have to do. This was important to me because it can often be overwhelming when you are at the end of your pregnancy, in labor or consulting with professionals to advocate for your own wishes where possible.
Rachel so tenderly and prayerfully supported me through disappointments, pain and hard decisions. I would highly recommend her a thousand times over! Thank you, Rachel!

Rachel Bailey was an incredible Doula! my husband and I had our first baby girl in March of this year, and Rachel was such a source of comfort and knowledge and wisdom and support in all of the months leading up to me, giving birth! She answered all of our questions and was available day or night anytime I needed her! even though my birth went differently than I had planned she was there every step of the way, and she helped me go with the flow of things and stay present in my body. I am so grateful for all of her help and support and she offers wonderful services for expecting mothers and their partners! Definitely recommend using her!

I am an 84 year old widow whose only living child suffers from early onset dementia. No extended family or grandchildren to rely on, either.

Realizing I am nearing the end of my journey, here on earth, I have turned to end-of-life doula, Nicholas Bailey, for guidance.

He has accompanied me to the funeral home to make prearrangements for the funeral of both my daughter and me. I have found him to be knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate. Though his services don’t eliminate the wisdom in seeking the advice of and eldercare attorney, he is extremely helpful in suggesting other end-of-life preparations.

I find peace knowing Nicholas will be there to accompany me on the last part of my journey

After texting the main number and I was connected with Doula Mrs. Rachel. I had just found out that I was pregnant and found Doula information on my doctor’s bulletin board! I found it less intimidating that I could text, rather than call for the initial information and intake process. After a few short texts between myself and the intake coordinator, I received a call from Mrs. Rachel within the week and knew I’d found my support person to birth my daughter into this world!

During my pregnancy, Doula Rachel and I kept in touch through my preferred method of communication, texting. She was always prompt and friendly during our conversations. My pregnancy brain highly appreciated this because I could always reference back to our conversation, especially for meeting times and locations that we had decided upon! She always had great recommendations for meeting locations or offered to even meet me at my home if needed. She always kept to our plans and arrived on time. She even helped me keep an eye on my other children during our meetings while we were busy talking!

During labor Mrs. Rachel was a Godsent. She advocated for me when I was too nervous to speak up. She and I had previously discussed what I wanted and did not want during my hospital stay so she was able to help speak on my behalf. I’m a very shy and timid person, especially around intimidating healthcare workers, but Mrs. Rachel was wonderful at reading my body language and face to recognize when I really needed her to step in and help advocate for myself. She always made sure I was as comfortable as possible too! She shared knowledge about resources the hospital had available to help me during labor that I would not have known about if she had not been with me. She reached out to nurses during my hospital stay for comfort items such as birthing balls, laboring shower, and more! She even brought tools from her organization to help assist me too, such as massaging tools and learned techniques. She happily stayed with me the entire time I needed her! She made sure I was as comfortable as possible every step of my journey! I’m thoroughly impressed with the care and attention to detail that Mrs. Rachel offers and highly recommend her for everyone during their pregnancy! Thank you Mrs. Rachel for all your help!

Rachel is an amazing dula. She was there for me while I was pregnant and was the first one to hop on the phone with me when early labor started, even though it was the middle of the night. She was a calming, prayerful presence both over the phone and in person. She helped me physically get through the whole process more than anyone else, including in various positions that were very strenuous for her for prolonged periods of time. She was absolutely incredible and a big part of why I loved my son’s birth.

Rachel met with me prior to labor several times to discuss my goals and potential birth outcomes. I felt that my concerns were heard, which I have not always felt with providers before, and I went into labor knowing I had her support. I was also comforted by her years of experience and that my comfort and safety were top of mind for her.
Rachel far exceeded my expectations. I was unsure of how specifically a doula would impact my labor experience, but she became an integral part of both my prenatal and postnatal care, and the comfort of her presence and her intimate knowledge of birth proved absolutely essential to the execution of my goals.

Thank God, I got the birth that I wanted! Rachel was there for whatever I needed her to do, whether it was gently helping me make quick decisions in the moment or providing counter pressure while I was in the midst of a contraction. At first, I wasn’t sure how a doula could help me in a hospital setting, since I think one typically hears about doulas in the capacity of a birthing center, but her help ended up being indispensable. We had chatted ahead of time to plan what things I may or may not want to happen during labor, and those discussions really helped in the moment. For instance, I knew I wanted to get an epidural, but I didn’t want to push on my back. Rachel helped me into whatever position I needed with the epidural to make sure I was still working with gravity, and we tried different pushing positions, too, including upright on my knees (who knew you could do that with an epidural!) until I determined on my side was most effective. There was no rush to push, I just pushed as I needed, working with the contractions and squeezing Rachel’s hand for support. She knew exactly how to advocate for me with the hospital staff for the things I needed while still allowing the nurses and doctor to do their jobs as well. Everyone worked together seamlessly to help me have the best birth experience that I could ask for.

If you’re on the fence about whether or not you want a doula at your birth, like I was, keep in mind that you never know precisely what’s going to happen at a birth. A doula is trained to help you go with the flow of your birth experience and get the help that you need even when/if the unexpected happens. The labor process usually takes some time, too, unless you’re one to have insanely fast births. For a while, since I had an epidural, Rachel, my husband, and I were just in the room hanging out. Honestly, the quiet companionship was a highlight for me, too!

When I met Rachael I was in my third trimester of my pregnancy. Kinda too late in the game trying to find a doula lol but that didn’t matter to her. She still provided me with the knowledge and comfort I needed. She is very nurturing, informative, and patient. I did not get to have the birth I wanted due to medical situation but Rachael was still there comforting me and uplifting the whole way. She still checks in from time to time. I definitely recommend her.

Rachel is the greatest doula ever! She showed great passion for helping me obtain the birth I wanted. She has helped me through 2 VBACs! I would recommend her to anyone. She has always supported me between finding exercises/programs that support optimum birthing, attempting natural births, vaginal births after C-sections, and help with breastfeeding. She checked in on me after birth many times concerned about my breastfeeding journey as well as my well-being postpartum. I love Rachel!

I received doula support from Rachel Bailey and she was great! I actually didn’t have her as my doula until very late in my pregnancy and she welcomed me in with open arms and got to know me the best she could in the short time we had. The first time I met her in person was at the hospital when I went into labor naturally and she was prompt to answer any phone calls or text. We had been communicating days prior to me going into labor bc mild contractions had started. This was my first baby and I wasn’t sure when to head to the hospital. She got on a phone call with me and wanted to hear how I was getting through contractions and really helped guide me to know when to load the car and head to the hospital (we lived an hour away) I got to the hospital at 12am and delivered my baby at 9:37am. She was so helpful throughout the long labor, got to the hospital in plenty of time. Really helped make my wants for birth known to the hospital staff. Helped guide my husband on how to comfort me while also listening to what I needed. Went out of her way prior to my delivery to ask hospital staff about their policy’s and any questions I had. She offered a space where I could labor when I was in early labor that would have been closer to the hospital. She was amazing. Very very sweet, we had an awesome experience with her.

To be completely honest there isn’t enough stars to put how amazing my experience was ! Rachel and Nicholas were truly a God send for me and my husband. The beginning of life transition is so precious so if you are looking for someone dependable, reliable and truly so supportive you found the right place. I was new to a doula so I won’t lie I didn’t know what to expect, Rachel listen to every concern, fear, and any questions. Most importantly I have to say having someone to not just help you through labor she did everything ! She was so focused on my care and with my experience at this hospital she advocated for me in ways I didn’t know I needed until I had someone speak up for me. I don’t think I can put into words how much having that kind of love and support during that time meant to me. The peace of mind in such a time where anything can happen I couldn’t recommend more! If you are a first time mother or if you don’t have the support from family or friends this is an option it’s true it’s genuine with a load of knowledge and experience. 10 out of 10 ❤️

Mrs Rachel is highly recommended she is a God send for sure I was pregnant with my 3rd child I was 3.5 hours away from my family and friends I didn’t have anyone to go with me to the hospital. While I was pregnant she helped me with exercise she helped me with Information while I was in labor she helped me so much I was itching uncontrollably from the epidural and she helped me thru it she helped massage me and turn me on my side and even helped me push she was truly a God send. If I was to ever get pregnant again she would be my go to person for sure
